DMI Manufacturing, Inc., guarantees that the Energy Bank Unit(tm) will reduce energy consumption by at least 11%. This guarantee will be determined by measuring kilowatt hours with and without the EBU connected to the electrical system.  The period of time shall be 60 days from date of installation. Measurement shall be determined by use of ASTM approved methods and devices. Twelve months of prior electric bills shall be furnished to establish useage.  Any change in electrical equipment in the building will be factored into this comparison. If the installation requirements have been met, and if the comparison does not confirm at least an 11% savings and if the EBU is in satisfactory condition, we will return the purchase price.

DMI Manufacturing, Inc. warrants that the EBU will perform in accordance with the representations made in the accompanying literature and further warrants that it will replace any product which is defective as a result of defective materials or construction for a period of twenty(20) years from the date of installation. This warranty is voided if the EBU has been tampered with or modified in any manner or has been reinstalled at a different location from it’s original intent or the user has significantly increased the electrical load on the device without replacement or confirmation of applicability from
